To enhance our successful Technology (TDI) Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate

•    Coordinate the new product planning, material & Tooling preparation to meet on time delivery. 

•    Drive product capability improvement, Yield improvement to meet internal/external target.

•    To meet products certification on time and support HVM handover.

•    Contact with TD team for project planning, engineering and technical related activities to meet technology roadmap and timeline.

•    Integration with TD engineering and operations for the NPI built requirement (include NPI checklist, material checklist, tooling checklist, etc) to meet qualification timeline.

•    Daily monitoring NPI progress for IPP/CtF capability improvement, Yield improvement., NPI build movement, trouble shooting and drive problem solving with close loop.

•    Provide regular stakeholder communication to ensure awareness on progress and be timely to recruit support, maintain committed schedules on multiple projects.

•    Support HVM readiness ensure have smoothly HVM handover.

•    Manage customer meetings and request/actions preparations without complain.

•    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

•    Minimum 3 year's working experience as an engineer in the fields of IC-Substrate or Semiconductor or IC-Packaging or Assembly

•    Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

•    Prefer experience with NPI/Project/Product management, product engineering or yield improvement

•    Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments

•    Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc

•    knowledge of statistical data analysis

•    Good analytical skills with attention to details. 

•    Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)

•    Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred

•    Willingness to travel and stay abroad for a certain time in one or our locations

•    Open minded approach

•    Good team working spirit and leadership skills 

•    Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)

•    Strategic thinking to plan, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills along with process and detail orientation to formulate tactics as well as result and customer orientation

•    Self-starter with ability to work independently through ambiguity and under pressure, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver aligned project/program deliverables

•    Ability to interface with multi-leveled employees with solid communication, presentation, and influencing skills
