What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and processing invoices
  2. Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate account records
  3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  4. Providing support to the accounting team as required
  5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Clerk role
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Familiarity with accounting principles and practice
