Scope of Work

  • Provision of qualified M&E technician to be stationed onsite daily
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the critical assets field
  • Technician must hold relevant certificates (e.g. , chargeman, wireman, HVAC, BMS)
  • Focused maintenance, inspection, and support of critical mechanical and electrical assets, including but not limited to:
  • Main Distribution Boards (MDB) and Sub DBs
  • HVAC systems (Air Compressor, Dryer, Heat Exchange, Crac, FCUs, Vacuum, chillers, etc.)
  • Fire protection systems (FM200)
  • Generator and UPS systems
  • Building Management System (BMS)
  • Immediate response to any M&E-related incidents or faults
  • Routine preventive maintenance support as per the planned maintenance schedule
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in daily matters
  • Support during facility audits or inspections as needed
  • Timely reporting and documentation of work carried out and asset conditions
  • Daily/weekly reporting formats and escalation protocols for critical faults
  • Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred for effective communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 per month
