**1.0 Work Planning**

i. To supervise and maintenance.

**2.0 Electrical System**

i. Main Metering Panel - Check & record reading consumption.

B(g-a) - C/list for daily charge of elec. consumption.

B(g-b) - C/list for daily charge of a/con consumption.

B(g-c) - C/list for daily WSTP electric meter reading.

ii. Street lighting - check & record lighting condition.

B(a) - List of street light record.

iii. Spot light - check & record lighting condition.

B(b) - List of Spot light record. (Include signage lighting).

iv. Tenant’s power supply - Load reading / test trip checklist.

E(a 1,2&3) - Tenant electrical System

(Center meter panel & test trip ELCB).

v. Tenant’s Meter reading Elec / Water - record sheet.

On every 13th & 14th of the month.

vi. Wall fan - check & record fan condition & cleanliness.

B(e) - List of industrial fan record.

**3.0 Air Conditioning System**

i. Cooling tower - check & record cooling tower condition & cleanliness.

F(a) - Checklist for a/con system (Cooling tower).

ii. Water cool package - check & record Water cool package condition & cleanliness.

F(b) - Checklist for a/con (WCPU).

iii. Air cool package - check & record Air cool package condition & cleanliness.

F(c) - Checklist for a/con (ACPU).

iv. Split unit - check & record split unit condition & cleanliness.

F(d) - Checklist for a/con (Split Unit).

v. Chiller - check & record Chiller condition & cleanliness

(Refer appointed service contractor and the report).

vi. AHU room - check & record AHU room condition & cleanliness

(Refer appointed service contractor and the report).

vii. Air curtain - check & record the condition & cleanliness.

viii. Evaporative air cooler unit - check & record the condition & cleanliness.

x. Public toilet - check & service toilet equipment & facility condition.

O(d) - Weekly Functionality checklist for toilet

(By Housekeeping).

xi. Grease trap - check & record the condition & cleanliness.

xii. Manhole - check & record the condition & cleanliness.

C(c-c) - External mainhole checklist.

xiii. Chamber inspection - check & record the condition & cleanliness.

C(c-d 1&2) - Checklist for inspection Chamber.

xiv. Water Sewage Treatment Plan (WSTP) - check & record condition & cleanliness.

C(c-a 1&2) - List of weekly checklist for WSTP system.

xv. Water Sewage Treatment Plan (WSTP) - check & record condition & cleanliness.

C(c-b) - Daily WSTP water & chemical checklist for WSTP system.

**4.0 Plumbing & Sanitary system**

i. Record main water meter reading.

B(h) - Checklist for Daily charge of water consumption.

**5.0 Fire Fighting system**

i. Fire fighting system - Check & record the condition. Refer appointed consultant & the report.

**6.0 Facilities**

i. Customer trolley - service trolley wheel & bracket.

ii. Customer trolley - repairing trolley wheel & bracket.

iii. Cctv - To check & troubleshoot on power supply & adjust the focus.

**7.0 Reporting**

i. To prepare and record log book.

ii. Maintenance Request Form (MRF).

**3.0 Others**

i. Any other tasks assigned by HOD on ad hoc basis;
ii. Daily work progress reporting to HOD/CM.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 0-6 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
