Job Description:

Raudhah Adni is committed to providing a warm, nurturing, and holistic early childhood environment grounded in Islamic values and the Adni's philosophy. We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and knowledgeable Head of Preschool to lead our Raudhah team and ensure excellence in both academic delivery and character development for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an effective organisational structure that supports smooth Raudhah operations.
• Lead strategic planning for the preschool, aligning programmes with the school's mission, Islamic values, and early childhood best practices.
• Adapt and implement school policies relevant to early childhood education and safety standards.
• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with Islamic principles.
• Design or refine curriculum modules, thematic plans, and learning experiences suited for children aged 4–6.
• Develop readiness assessments to evaluate learning milestones and ensure appropriate class placements
• Monitor children's academic, behavioural, and emotional development, providing guidance to teachers on intervention strategies.
• Ensure safety protocols, classroom management systems, and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor Raudhah teachers and assistants to ensure high-quality teaching and professionalism.
• Plan and conduct training sessions on pedagogy, classroom management, Islamic integration, and child development.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of Raudhah staff.
• Manage daily preschool operations including timetabling, scheduling, resource allocation, and event coordination.
• Strengthen home and school partnerships through parent engagement, meetings, and community building activities.
• Collaborate with the Principal and management team to ensure compliance with licensing, SOPs, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Proven experience in managing or leading a preschool, kindergarten, or early childhood centre.
• Strong understanding of early childhood learning, child development, and classroom management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and school leaders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and commitment to Islamic values.
