About the role

Tmaker Production Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Sales and Production Operation professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Semenyih, Selangor, and will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and production operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle sales inquiries and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
  • Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet customer requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and quality assurance
  • Assist in inventory control and raw material planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency in sales and production operations
  • Support management in achieving company sales targets and operational goals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary
