What you'll be doing?
  • Deliver training: Engage dental professionals with product training, scientific presentations, and educational talks.
  • Build relationships: Establish and maintain connections with dentists, KOLs, universities, associations, and government dental bodies.
  • Drive brand visibility: Collaborate strategically to enhance professional endorsement and brand presence.
  • Identify opportunities: Uncover market opportunities and provide insights to support brand strategy and growth.
  • Monitor competitors: Keep track of competitor activities and gather feedback from dental professionals.
  • Support marketing: Align professional initiatives with retail strategies to support marketing teams.
  • Plan events: Organize dental events, conferences, and educational programs to engage the dental community.
  • Coordinate logistics: Manage logistics, samples, and materials for field and event activities.
  • Prepare reports: Generate monthly activity reports and insights for management.
  • Conduct visits: Drive product detailing, sampling, and recommendation growth through regular dental clinic visits.
  • Manage budgets: Oversee A&P budgets and monitor stock ordering and inventory levels.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing.
  • Industry experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dental, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries. Experience in sales is desirable.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Scientific presentation: Ability to simplify and present scientific information effectively.
  • Language proficiency: Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Travel readiness: Willingness to travel frequently for professional visits and events.
  • Ad-hoc task management: Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
