Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur as Customer Care Executive.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint, determining root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure timely resolution. Resolve customer complaints via phone call, email, and live chats;
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing inquiries and reviews via Facebook and other Social Media platforms;
  • Responsible to provide customers information about products and services, and also assisting customers with complaints, questions, or requests. Follow up end to end;
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services;
  • Ensuring interaction quality are well taken care while within our SLA;
  • Constantly evaluate and identify opportunities to improve processes that positively enhance customer and partner experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills;
  • Strong Communication skills;
  • Experience in Sales is a plus;
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Talent must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field;
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English;
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur;
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent;
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
