Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and conducting recreational / sports activities.
  • Manage pool, beach, gym, and games area.
  • Ensure guest safety and proper use of equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of recreation facilities.
  • Promote and encourage guest participation in activities.
  • Support team-building events & special activity setups.

Requirements

  • Experience in sports / recreation / hospitality (preferred).
  • Good communication & guest service skills.
  • Energetic, outgoing & friendly personality.
  • Able to swim; lifesaving certification is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor activities.
  • Able to conduct activities independently and confidently.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid is an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive & able to plan fun activities.
  • Good teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.
  • Able to handle guest feedback professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
