What you'll be doing?
  • Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
  • Design Development: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing design proposals using specialized software, tailored to meet client expectations.
  • Product Expertise: Introduce clients to Artteva's products and services, addressing inquiries with your interior design knowledge.
  • Quotation Preparation: Develop accurate quotations based on design concepts to provide clients with clear pricing information.
  • Customer Assistance: Support customers in the experience centre while managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth client interactions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight key product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with designers and installation teams to guarantee successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, as well as those with at least 1 year of relevant experience in interior design consulting or sales.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as Ku Jia Le, AI House, KD Max, 3D Illustrator, SketchUp, or similar tools. On-the-job training will be provided to help you excel.
  • Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software to support your design and administrative tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail to ensure high-quality design outcomes and client satisfaction.
