Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates with at least a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:
  • Real Estate Management
  • Property Management
  • Building and Property Management
  • Science in Property Management
  • Minimum CGPA: 2.00 and above
  • Age: 27 years old and below
  • Attributes: Energetic, self-motivated, and a good team player

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily property management operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and site inspections.
  • Support the preparation of leasing agreements and assist in the marketing of properties.
  • Help with budgeting, financial tracking, and other administrative property-related matters.
  • Maintain and organize property files and records, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Learn to ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the property management team to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage property transaction documents (e.g., purchase agreements, leases, contracts) in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in organizing real estate events to attract potential customers and investors, enhancing the company's brand visibility.

  • 1 week of Soft Skills Training
  • 8 months and 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training
