About the role

Join Asbenz Motors Sdn Bhd as a Parts Assistant (Automotive) in our vibrant Sungai Petani, Kedah location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient management of our automotive parts inventory.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing automotive parts
  2. Process customer orders and fulfil parts requests in a timely manner
  3. Receive, unload, and stock new parts deliveries
  4. Assist customers in locating and selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information and recommendations
  6. Conduct regular stock checks and identify inventory discrepancies
  7. Support the overall operations of the parts department

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a parts assistant or similar automotive role
  2. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  5. Proficient in using inventory management systems
  6. High school diploma or equivalent
