We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2–3 years of experience, preferably from a main contractor background. Candidates must be well-versed in both pre and post contract work.

  • Prepare 
    cost estimates
     for 
    interior design and civil engineering works
    .
  • Develop 
    Bill of Quantities (BQ)
    , covering 
    fit-out, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works
    .
  • Conduct 
    value engineering
     to optimize design choices and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and review 
    contracts, scope of work, and specifications
     for interior and civil works.
  • Identify 
    potential financial risks
     and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with 
    local building regulations and industry standards
    .
  • Work with procurement teams to source 
    materials, subcontractors, and suppliers
    .
  • Ensure cost-effective selection of 
    finishes, joinery, flooring, and structural materials
    .
  • Assist in negotiations for 
    supplier and subcontractor agreements
    .
  • Monitor 
    project costs, cash flow, and budget allocations
    .
  • Implement 
    cost-saving strategies
     to prevent budget overruns.
  • Prepare 
    financial reports and forecasts
     for management review.
  • Evaluate and 
    certify contractor and supplier invoices
     based on completed work.
  • Assess and manage 
    variations, change orders, and additional work costs
    .
  • Work closely with project managers to 
    resolve cost-related disputes
    .
  • Prepare and negotiate 
    final accounts
     with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure proper documentation for 
    warranties, guarantees, and as-built records
    .
  • Conduct 
    post-project cost analysis
     to improve future cost planning.
