Job Description

  • Assist doctors in patient consultations, treatments, and minor procedures

  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials prior to procedures

  • Administer medications, injections, and wound care under medical supervision

  • Perform aesthetic procedures as permitted (e.g., laser, facial treatments, skin analysis)

  • Monitor patient comfort and recovery during and after treatments

  • Educate patients on pre and post-treatment care, medication usage, and recovery

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control compliance in the clinic

  • Handle inventory and stock of medical supplies and consumables

  • Provide patient care with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality

  • Support front desk operations (e.g., appointment scheduling, patient inquiries)

  • Support clinic operations and customer service

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) in Malaysia

  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience

  • Experience in aesthetic/dermatology/GP clinic preferred

  • Basic nursing procedures (e.g., injection, wound care)

  • Familiar with aesthetic treatments (e.g., botox, fillers, laser, skin therapy) is an advantage

  • Knowledge of infection control, patient confidentiality & safety protocols

  • Proficient in handling medical equipment and aesthetic devices (training provided if needed)

  • Able to perform administrative tasks (e.g., documentation, consent forms, stock keeping)

  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), English & Melayu

  • Able to work night shifts (2pm–10pm) and weekends (if required)

  • Sales-oriented with ability to meet monthly targets
