- Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra serta memberikan maklumat tentang aktiviti, kadar sewaan dan waktu operasi.
- Menguruskan proses pendaftaran aktiviti (kayak, paddle boat, basikal, dan lain-lain) menggunakan sistem rekod syarikat.
- Menjawab pertanyaan melalui panggilan telefon, WhatsApp, atau di kaunter.
- Mengendalikan jualan tiket, sewaan peralatan, dan transaksi tunai dengan tepat.
- Membantu dalam penyediaan laporan harian kehadiran pelanggan dan hasil jualan.
- Memastikan kawasan kaunter sentiasa bersih, kemas, dan profesional.
- Membantu dalam promosi aktiviti atau acara khas anjuran taman.
Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM / Diploma dalam bidang Perkhidmatan Pelanggan, Hospitaliti atau setara.
- Mempunyai personaliti ramah, sopan, dan mudah mesra pelanggan.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Melayu & Inggeris.
- Berpengalaman dalam kerja kaunter, jualan atau rekreasi diutamakan.
- Sanggup bekerja syif, hujung minggu, dan cuti umum.
