Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting, including GST registration and submission for the Group.
  • Perform AP, AR, accruals, and prepayment duties.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and cheque issuance.
  • Perform month-end closing schedules, reconciliations, and monitor Group cash flow.
  • Liaise with the China branch on accounting-related matters; must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese (both spoken and written).

Requirements:

  • Working Location: Bandar Baru Bangi.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with an internal auditing background.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with accounting software is a MUST.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to speak and write in Chinese to communicate with China branch counterparts.
