Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in identifying, translating (into Chinese and English versions), and implementing supply chain product, store food safety, and quality regulatory standards, as well as halal requirements across Southeast Asian countries;
  • Conduct risk assessments on food safety and quality control requirements for factories and stores in Southeast Asia, and monitor the implementation of relevant measures;
  • Identify product compliance requirements for halal-certified countries in Southeast Asia, and ensure the implementation of halal standards in stores;
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on the closure of factory audits and store inspections in Southeast Asia (to ensure identified issues are resolved);
  • Plan and implement training programs on food safety and quality control standards for stores in Southeast Asia;
  • Provide technical support for the company's external communications related to food safety and quality control in Southeast Asia;
  • Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the company or superiors;
  • Be responsible for any adverse impacts or consequences caused by negligence or errors in work within the scope of duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science and Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, or related majors;
  • More than 5 years of quality control management experience at the headquarters of a catering enterprise;
  • Experience in planning and implementing comprehensive food safety management for supply chains and catering stores (including experience in food factory audits and chain catering store inspections);
  • Experience in identifying and implementing halal product compliance requirements and store halal standards; candidates with equivalent experience working with halal associations are preferred;
  • Proficiency in switching between Chinese and English as working languages, with relevant certification certificates; strong communication, expression, and logical thinking abilities;
  • Candidates with government resources are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM17,000.00 per month
