Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of Paint Line System, machine layout concept and product development
  • Prepare BOM, detailed design drawing and design calculation.
  • Candidate must have skill in manage all aspect of the project from design, fabrication, testing, site installation, commissioning, QC up until hand over.
  • To attend to site testing & commissioning and ensure design and production performance meet the customer's requirement.
  • To continuously review, update, take proactive actions of the development of the design & process made and stay ahead of the schedule.
  • To communicate & co-ordinate effectively across all levels.
  • To follow up the status of part delivery, project progress, quality of the product as per specification required.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 Year(s) of relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Have a strong interest in machine design, creative and good learning spirit
  • 3D CAD design experience and ability to conduct engineering calculation and analysis according to industry standard are essential
  • Knowledge in steel fabrication and machining processes will be an advantage
  • Experience in design set-ups, component selection, testing and troubleshooting preferred
  • Required Skill(s): CAD, Solidworks, AutoCAD or Draftsign, Words, Excel,
  • Positive attitude, team player, good time management skills and self motivated
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
