Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Compliance, and Logistics departments. This role is fully responsible for ensuring that products meet customer requirements and quality standards, maintaining ISO systems, and ensuring timely delivery through effective packing and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the QA/QC, Compliance, and Logistics teams to meet quality and delivery goals.
  • Guide the team to continuously improve quality and operational performance.

Quality Management

  • Ensure all products meet customer expectations, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor quality performance using key indicators (KPIs) and take actions when targets are not met.
  • Develop and improve work procedures, instructions, and inspection methods.

ISO & Compliance

  • Fully in charge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
  • Maintain ISO documentation and ensure the company follows ISO policies and standards.
  • Handle internal and external audits and take corrective actions when needed.

Customer and Supplier Communication

  • Work with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
  • Lead investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions, including 8D reports.

Measurement & Quality Tools

  • Make sure all measurement tools are calibrated and accurate.
  • Use quality tools like SPC, FMEA, and GR&R for analyzing product and process data.

Coordination with Other Departments

  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and other teams to support quality and process improvements.

Logistics and Delivery

  • Supervise packing and storage activities to ensure products are properly handled.
  • Monitor packing and logistics schedules to ensure on-time delivery after QA inspection.

Workplace Organization

  • Ensure good 5S housekeeping in QA, Packing, and Store areas.
  • Participate actively in company programs like ISO, ERP, and others.

Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a QA/QC or compliance role.
  • Experience managing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
  • Good computer skills, especially in ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
