  4. Orang yang dipertanggungjawabkan jika adaurusan berkaitan dengan agensi luar, pejabat dan tuan sewa bangunan, bank, dsb (legal & external policy)
  5. Pengurusan baikpulih utiliti dan aset pejabat.
  6. pembelian barang-barang pejabat

  7. Kewangan (UG)

  8. Menyediakan aliran tunai (semua syarikat)

  9. Menyediakan penyata untung & rugi syarikat(bulanan)
  10. Membuat pembayaran yang berkaitan (tuntutanstaff & pengurusan atasan, sewa, epf socso, dsb)
  11. kemaskini baki akaun bank semua syarikat(mingguan) / jika diminta
  12. Pemfailan

  13. Kewangan 2 (BIX)

  14. Menyediakan aliran tunai untuk BIX & madrasah-madrasah (perlu hantar laporan duit sumbanganmasuk – pada hari bekerja sahaja)

  15. Menyediakan untung rugi syarikat (bulanan)
  16. Menyediakan laporan kutipan sumbangan dan tuntutan sumbangan (50%) dengan madrasah
  17. Memeriksa resit jualan produk Superba
  18. Mengira & membuat bayaran kepada Ahli Bix Tribe (cash term)
  19. Membuat bayaran yang berkaitan (tuntutan stafCOS/CFS/pengurusan atasan atau lain-lain bayaranyang ada)
  20. Tambah nilai iklan
  21. Pemfailan
  22. Menyediakan pembahagian keuntungan untukpasukan BIX Charity
  23. Menyediakan score-card untuk semua marketer BIX

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • In business administration: 1 year (Required)
