What you'll be doing?
  • Site Management: Oversee on-site structural and architectural works, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Subcontractor Supervision: Guide and monitor subcontractor teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Technical Compliance: Prepare detailed technical specifications in alignment with local regulations, ensuring project integrity.
  • Material Control: Efficiently plan and manage construction materials, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards and manage rework and recertification processes when necessary.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate construction records and provide timely reports to supervisors.
  • Technical Coordination: Resolve construction challenges and liaise with consultants on technical matters, including method statements.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for broader communication capabilities.
  • Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, though candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
