Our client "China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited" is seeking Assistant Building Services Engineer to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Project coordination: Oversee and manage coordination with subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and timely project delivery.
  • Stakeholder communication: Liaise effectively with clients, architects, and consultants on all Building Services and E&M matters on-site, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Technical expertise: Apply your knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering to solve complex problems and contribute to project success.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Ideally, 3 years of relevant site experience. However, candidates with less experience or Fresh Graduate are also encouraged to apply for the Assistant Building Services Engineer position.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to effectively communicate with various stakeholders in the diverse Hong Kong construction industry.
  • Adaptability: Enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic construction environment.
