Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Refrigeration/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or any related Technical Field.Position Summary:The Service Technician is responsible for dismantling, assembling, troubleshooting, testing, and servicing the Company's products (after-sales service). We are currently seeking for Service Technician to be part of our Service Team, to be based at our Corporate Office - Wisma CKE (Cheras).Responsibilities:Carry out 100% after-sales troubleshooting of the company's products and service visits of the units within your designated customers and territory to achieve customer satisfaction.Experience in installation work at client sites.Skilled in TIG and MIG welding techniques.Ability to apply silicone on glass surfacesProficient in using tools for drilling and hammeringEnsure all work performed (i.e., servicing, parts replacement, repairs, troubleshooting, and breakdown) is documented following the relevant customer's request.Liaise and communicate effectively with customers while on-site to build a good rapport and provide the best quality service.Willing to travel within the Klang Valley area for work and be able to standby to attend call-backs.Able to travel outstation as and when required by the Superior.Good work ethic and be able to perform overtime as and when required by the Superior.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to work under pressure, and beyond regular hours to meet tight deadlines.Any other duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time.Requirements:Having relevant working experience in repairing kitchen equipment and commercial refrigerators with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.Strong knowledge of various kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, refrigeration units, etc.Experience in installation work at client sitesSkilled in TIG and MIG welding techniques.Ability to apply silicone on glass surfaces.Proficient in using tools for drilling and hammering.Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions and breakdowns; mechanical/ electrical/ electronic failures.Possess valid D & GDL Class driving license.Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's relevant experience.Working Schedule:5-Days Working per Week (Monday ~ Friday) > Working on Saturday will be paid Overtime.Normal Working Hours (9.00 am ~ 6.00 pm) > Working exceed normal working hours will be paid Overtime.Rest Day – Sunday.Benefits:Overtime Payment (Rate as per the Employment Act's requirements).Staff Benefits (Annual/ Medical/ Hospitalisation/ Congratulatory/ Compassionate Leave & Medical Coverage).Statutory Contributions (EPF, SOCSO & HRDF).Annual Salary Increment and Bonus (will be based on Company's Performance).Technical & Product Service Training will be provided.Company Uniforms will be provided.Job Type: Full-timePay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
