About the role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist and Admin Assistant to join our team at JINGXIN GROUP (M) SDN. BHD. in our Kulai, Johor office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, document management and other clerical duties
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Providing general office support as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A positive, friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin is essential. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
