Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and creative Marketing Cum Receptionist officer to be the face of our tourism business. This dual-role position involves welcoming guests, explaining available tour packages, and helping to grow our brand through engaging social media content. If you enjoy interacting with people and love creating content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities:Reception & Customer Service (30%) :

  • Greet all visitors and tourists with a warm, professional attitude (Only busy at weekend and public holiday)
  • Provide clear and friendly explanations of our tour packages, promotions, and services.
  • Assist customers in understanding the best package based on their interests or group size.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Collect and record basic customer details for registration or follow-up.

Marketing & Social Media Duties (70%) :

  • Capture photos and short videos of customer experiences, tours, or attractions
  • Record and post customer testimonials or behind-the-scenes content.
  • Regularly update the company's social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to showcase current packages, events, or promotions.

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin, (English is required)
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Spm level is minimum required. Fresh Graduates of diploma in marketing, customer service or any related field arealso welcoming.
  • Basic editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, or Canva are an advantage.
  • Able to work weekends or public holidays ( 2 days leave) .
