Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive market, dealership networks, and customer preferences.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Other Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel as required.

  • Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
