Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales Advisor (SA) team to achieve sales, registration, and delivery targets.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and develop action plans to improve closing ratios and customer conversions.
  • Ensure all Sales Advisors deliver excellent customer service and adhere to company sales processes.
  • Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and on-the-job training to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Oversee showroom operations, including customer walk-in management, product presentation, and display standards.
  • Support marketing activities, roadshows, test drive events, and community-based on-ground activities (OGA).
  • Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor updates to support management decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and dealer operational standards.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales, preferably with team leadership experience; automotive background is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Good understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve stretch targets.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
