  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about food items and ingredients.

  • Food Preparation: Prepare kushiyaki, Japanese rice, sauces and beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

  • Order Management: Accurately take and process customer orders using the point-of-sale system, ensuring timely service and quality control.

  • Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items.

  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen area and kitchen equipment, storeroom facilities throughout your shift.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other crew members and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service during peak hours.

  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, as well as monitoring supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.

  • Promotions: Stay informed about current promotions and menu changes, actively promoting new items to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school SPM or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous experience in a food service environment is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
