Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets in Sabah & Sarawak.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, educational institutions, and government agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the training and education sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, T&D, Marketing) to ensure successful execution of programs.
  • Monitor regional performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Training & Development, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in commercial management, business development, or sales within the training, learning, or education industry.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and program expansion.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate and government training procurement processes in Sabah & Sarawak.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Sabah & Sarawak.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
