A fast-growing FMCG startup is seeking a
Marketing Specialist
to join their vibrant and expanding team If you're someone who lives and breathes creativity, stays ahead of digital trends, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through content, this role will give you the space to shine.

What You'll Do:
Create meaningful, trend-driven content

  • You'll be part of the creative engine — brainstorming, planning, and producing content that genuinely connects with audiences. From campaign ideas to day-to-day content themes, your input will help shape the brand's online identity.

Manage and grow social media channels

  • You'll oversee the brand's presence across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. This includes scheduling posts, monitoring performance, engaging with followers, and exploring new ways to boost visibility and reach.

Bring ideas to life through photo/video creation

  • Whether it's shooting behind-the-scenes clips, product demos, or creative brand stories, you'll get hands-on with content production. If you enjoy being behind the camera, this is where you can take the lead.

Drive advertising & performance marketing initiatives

  • From conceptualising ad creatives to monitoring campaign analytics, you'll be involved in pushing the brand's growth through targeted digital marketing strategies.

Support and execute offline brand events

  • You'll help organize and coordinate pop-ups, sampling events, and community-driven activities — ensuring the brand stays connected with customers beyond the digital space.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience. Ideally in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or related fields — especially within beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industries.
  • A creative thinker with strong trend awareness. You should have an eye for what's fresh in beauty/skincare, understand online behaviours, and know how to transform trends into compelling content.
  • Hands-on skills in video creation/editing.
    Not a must, but definitely a plus — especially if you love experimenting with new formats, angles, and storytelling styles.
  • Social media savvy. Comfortable managing multiple platforms, using analytics tools, and optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Strong communicator & coordinator. You'll be working with internal teams, creators, event vendors, and external partners — so good coordination skills matter.
  • You're someone who loves to test ideas, learn quickly, stay updated on industry trends, and grow together with the brand.
