As a Super Assistant (Aide-de-Camp) , you will be entrusted with the responsibility of supporting high-profile clients in their daily professional and personal engagements. This role requires a strong sense of discretion, adaptability, and high-level executive support skills.

Included Training: 6 Months Paid Training before Deployment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistance: Provide personal and professional support to business leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Security & Logistical Coordination: Plan and coordinate secure travel arrangements, scheduling, and event management.
  • Business & Personal Affairs Management: Assist in corporate meetings, document handling, and communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with high-profile clients, executives, and government officials as needed.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
  • Crisis & Risk Management: Remain vigilant and proactive in handling unexpected situations efficiently.
