About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Services professional to join the WARISAN KAYANA GROUP SDN BHD' team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Providing support and guidance to customers, while upholding the company's high standards of service
  • Can do live broadcast through social media will be prioritized

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the sales or services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address customer concerns effectively
  • Solid understanding of customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
