We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Marche Auto Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru District, Johor. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support for their automotive needs. What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and communicate repair recommendations to customers
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure the timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and work performed
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and supplies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and diagnostic techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and the service team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to efficiently address customer concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and automotive software for record-keeping and inventory management
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive work environment
