About the role

Euryka Naturopathics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
  • Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Prepare and process payroll and manage basic human resource processes and policies
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of all necessary financial reports and tax returns
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
  • Identify and address potential financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the Ecommerce or FMCG industry
  • Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of leading and developing a finance team
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
