Job Responsibility:

Support the development and implementation of strategic asset allocation initiatives, including periodic reviews of the portfolio mix.

Assist in evaluating financial strategies to support long-term business growth and stability.

Conduct analysis on potential financial risks and contribute to scenario planning to support risk mitigation strategies.

Prepare financial models and analysis to support key projects, programmes, and decision-making processes.

Carry out research and analysis for investment theses, business cases, and initiatives aimed at improving growth and efficiency.

Identify and highlight opportunities to optimise income and improve financial efficiency.

Apply and use financial modelling techniques to assess the impact of revenue and cost-related initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance team, business units) to provide timely financial insights that support planning and corporate initiatives.

Provide strategic financial analysis and ongoing review on group structures, optimizing intercompany transactions, capital flows, and tax efficiency across the group.

Job Requirement:

Qualification: Minimum degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CFA, or ICAEW).

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience related working experience in finance, banking, or business analysis. Exposure to financial modelling, planning, or investment evaluation preferred.

Knowledge: Financial analysis and basic financial modelling. Business planning, needs analysis, and evaluation of opportunities. Understanding capital expenditure and investment assessment. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Skills/Competencies: Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
