Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account & Finance Senior Executive at Easyhome Mall, Subang Jaya. The role is responsible for managing the mall's financial operations, including preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, handling tenant billing, tracking rental and utilities collections, and ensuring accurate SST compliance for mall-related transactions. The position also involves preparing monthly financial reports, analysing mall operational costs, monitoring budget vs. actual performance, and providing financial insights to support management decisions. The candidate will work closely with Leasing, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with shopping mall management standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, P&L, and other financial reports
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess revenue streams and operating costs
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting processes, including billing, invoicing, and credit control
  • Knowledge of Sales and Service Tax (SST) and its application in business operations.
  • High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount) and Excel for financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in retail, property, or service-based industries is an added advantage but not required).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
    is an added advantage due to communication with certain tenants and stakeholders.
