Position: Senior Account and Finance Executive

Location: Subang Jaya - SS 15

Working Days: 5 days/week

Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should excel in multitasking, communication, and time management. This role involves managing the full set of accounts, supporting the accounting department with data entry, transaction processing, ledger updates, audits, fact-checking, and report preparation. Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and general bookkeeping principles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Provide accounting support and perform basic office tasks (filing, data entry, mail processing, etc.)
  • Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process transactions, checks, update ledgers, budgets, and prepare financial reports
  • Assist with audits and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate on accounting projects and support the finance team
  • Prepare profit/loss accounts and yearly budget
  • Reconcile accounts, process payments and invoices on time
  • Ensure timely and accurate Month/Quarter/Year-end reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience handling full set accounts, preferably in Finance/Cost Accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and basic accounting principles
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  • Ability to work with sensitive information, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
  • Strong ethical code and professional demeanor

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
