Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Subang Jaya (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and financial performance.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure timely payments of invoices and collections of receivables.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns in line with local regulations.
  • Communicate with tax authorities and external auditors as needed.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to team members as required.
  • Work with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a Diploma in Accounting, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in the field or a similar area. An associate's degree in accounting may also be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems and processes.
  • Must be disciplined, responsible, patient, and trustworthy with a pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Time and schedule sensitive.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must.

Remuneration packages:

Basic: RM6k- RM7k

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Benefit:

Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Halfday)

Monday-Friday: 10am -7pm

Saturday: 10am - 3pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
