Company Overview:

ATM Trading (M) Sdn Bhd is a leading copier supplier in Malaysia with over 30 years of experience. We specialize in copier rental, sales, servicing, and repair of brand-new and refurbished machines. We are an authorized dealer for photocopiers, consumables, and spare parts.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage full-set accounts and support business growth. The candidate will handle daily financial operations and reporting, ensure compliance, and support management with strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily internal & external operating expenses

Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments with proper control

Maintain daily and monthly journal & GL entries

Handle monthly staff expense claims (including sales team)

Prepare all payment transactions (AP, payroll, etc.)

Perform monthly bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions & cash flow monitoring

Prepare monthly financial closing reports

Coordinate with auditors (audit, tax filing, statutory accounts)

Support ad hoc financial reporting

Responsible for full set of accounts

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

Proficient in SQL / Smart SQL accounting software

Strong in Excel & Microsoft Word

Good written & verbal communication (English & BM)

Detail-oriented, organized, with strong time management

Prefer candidates who can speak Chinese

Able to start immediately preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM6,245.87 per month
