RESPONSIBILITY

  • Organize and execute the Preventive Maintenance of the equipment's used in line.

  • Establish process sequence from start to finish for all sections by comparing with SOP / WI, BOM and Packing List provided by customer.

  • To lead, supervise and motivate personnel to achieve the productivity by focusing on the Operation Ratio and Labor Productivity Index. To plan for recovery if required based on Master Production Planning.

  • To monitor and control the Quality of Product according to target and specifications. To initiate the Quality Improvement activities through Six Sigma, ICC, Small Group activities and Kaizen.
  • To monitor and control the Cost  per  unit  vehicle,  Miscellaneous  Material  Ordering (MMO), Cripple/Problem units, Claims, OPEX and CAPEX utilizations. To implement cost saving and waste elimination activities. To generate the OPEX and CAPEX by April each year.
  • Improve working quality related to Environmental, Safety & Health through Implementation of management system ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001.
  • To generate Standard Operating Procedure as necessary and well maintained.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in Automotive Engineering related areas essential.
  • A least 2 years working as Production Executive in Automotive industry.
  • Knowledge on rectification issues.
  • Computer skills and knowledge.
  • Problem solving tools.
