Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales performance for achieving the sales target and business expectations and ensure it's in line with the business direction.
  • Create positive business relationships with new and existing customers through client visits and project bidding.
  • Forecasting sales and setting sales targets as well as forecasting and managing costs and budgetary requirements to ensure maximum sales management efficiency.
  • Monitoring overall sales volume as well as market trends and competitors.
  • Provide support for the sales team, manage the team schedule, and allocate team resources to meet sales objectives of the company.
  • Timely submission of reporting tools to sales management.
  • Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Logistics, E-Commerce, Warehousing Sales, Retail Warehousing related field
  • Candidates looking for a senior sales specialist or sales managerial role are encouraged to apply
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
  • A progressive and proven track record sales success
  • Result orientated & ability to work under fast pace working environment
  • Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage
