Provide customer service in compliance with Eco World Class service standards and perform administrative operations to facilitate smooth office functions and maintain a conducive working environment.

Pre-Handover Inspections

  • Perform pre-handover inspections and closely follow up on rectification progress to ensure units are ready for VP conditions.
  • Support department strategic plans and execute setup tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operation flow in all developments.
  • Monitor, follow up, and prepare all necessary documentation, reports, and photos for building defective works. Collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion to ensure contractors stay on schedule.

Handing Over and Operations

  • Adhere to Eco World SOPs and ensure timely submission of work assignments or reports to the Manager within the given timeframe.
  • Perform inspections to closely follow up on defect rectification progress and verify the quality of work before acceptance, ensuring compliance with work standards and timelines.
  • Maintain close liaison with contractors, suppliers, workers, consultants, architects, and authorities to expedite rectification processes effectively and deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitor, follow up, and prepare all necessary documentation, reports, and photos for building defective works. Collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion to ensure contractors stay on schedule.

Complaints Management

  • Support the customer relations team in implementing or offering reasonable alternatives to resolve customers' feedback, ensuring compliance with Eco World Class service standards.
  • Build and maintain close support with contractors, consultants, subordinates, management representatives, residents' groups, and relevant authorities to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
