The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Manager Asia Pacific who's hungry to build markets, close deals, and own results. This isn't just a sales job – it's a chance to be the face of a breakthrough brand in one of the most dynamic regions in the world.

What You'll Do

  • Take charge of sales across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Hunt down opportunities and close deals with pharma companies, distributors, and warehouse operators.
  • Turn complex tech (sensors + software) into clear, compelling value for clients.
  • Work directly with a dynamic founder who gives you space to run with your ideas.
  • Represent the brand at events, conferences, and client meetings – you're the one they'll remember.

Who You Are

  • A proven closer with B2B sales experience (pharma, healthcare, or industrial tech is a bonus).
  • Comfortable selling complex technical solutions (hardware + software).
  • Entrepreneurial by nature, you love freedom, thrive in fast-moving environments, and don't wait for instructions.
  • A relationship-builder with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ready to travel, explore, and grow the business across the region.
  • Fluent in English (extra languages = extra points).
