Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead TPAC's marketing strategy across regions — driving sustainability communication, innovation visibility, brand positioning, and digital engagement. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven marketing to enhance TPAC's presence, generate qualified leads, and build a strong global brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Corporate Communication

  • Strengthen TPAC's brand identity across all entities (TPAC, SUNPET, COMBI, other entities etc.) - with diverse product portfolio - pharma, food, beverage, etc..
  • Develop consistent messaging and visual standards aligned with TPAC's values of quality, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Lead corporate campaigns for events like Gulfood Manufacturing, FHM, and industry trade shows.
  • Create impactful presentations, brochures, videos, and newsletters to enhance brand storytelling.

2. Sustainability Marketing

  • Highlight TPAC's sustainability journey — solar initiatives, recycled polymers, green credits, and eco design.
  • Develop sustainability reports and customer communication showcasing TPAC's ESG achievements.
  • Partner with operations to document and promote new sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Position TPAC as a thought leader in circular packaging and responsible manufacturing.

3. Innovation & Product Launches

  • Collaborate with the technical and R&D teams to introduce new packaging concepts.
  • Plan and execute product launch campaigns — from prototype teasers to customer showcases.
  • Build customer case studies showing how TPAC innovations create brand and environmental impact.

4. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage LinkedIn and other social platforms to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar — combining corporate updates, sustainability stories, and customer success.
  • Drive digital visibility through SEO, paid campaigns, and consistent brand storytelling.
  • Monitor analytics and continuously optimize reach and engagement metrics.

5. Lead Generation & CRM Integration

  • Run targeted campaigns (email, social, website landing pages) for lead generation and customer nurturing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build customer databases and track leads via CRM.
  • Support regional sales with marketing materials, customer decks, and case studies.
  • Measure ROI on marketing activities through leads, conversions, and brand impact.

6. Events & Partnerships

  • Manage participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer seminars.
  • Coordinate booth design, brand collaterals, and event messaging.
  • Explore co-branding or partnership opportunities with sustainability and packaging networks.

7.    Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute TPAC's global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and regional growth plans.
  • Identify market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to shape brand and product strategies.
  • Partner with leadership to define annual marketing priorities, budget allocation, and ROI goals.
  • Build a unified communication framework that connects sustainability, innovation, and brand differentiation across all markets.
  • Support long-term business strategy through brand perception tracking, market analytics, and customer engagement insights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

a) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

b) 5–8 years of experience in marketing (preferably manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG).

c) Exposure to sustainability or innovation-led marketing preferred.

d) Proven record in digital marketing, campaign execution, and B2B brand growth.

e) Strong understanding of B2B marketing and industrial branding.

f) Excellent written and visual communication skills.

g) Proficiency in LinkedIn, Canva/Adobe tools, HubSpot/CRM, Google Analytics.

h) Strong coordination skills between technical, sales, and leadership teams.

i) Creativity with commercial acumen — able to link marketing efforts to business growth.
