Responsibility

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Website, etc., ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Create engaging marketing content (text, images, and videos) for various platforms, working closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign and website performance metrics (e.g. CTR, CPC, conversion rates, traffic sources), and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Identify and implement optimisation strategies to improve user engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to continually refine marketing strategies.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc projects / duties which may be assigned from time-to-time

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of current trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong writing, communication, and creative skills
  • Well-versed in managing and optimising campaigns across major social media platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and implementation.
