This position offers the opportunity to work closely with both local and international teams, including our head office in Japan.


What You'll Do

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

Order & Delivery Coordination

  • Input and verify customer orders in the system.
  • Track and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure on-time shipment.

Sales Administration

  • Manage all administrative processes, including sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, goods receipt, and invoicing.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and standards.

Supplier & HQ Coordination

  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, customers, and the Japan Head Office to ensure smooth purchasing and delivery operations.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

General Support

  • Assist with ad hoc assignments and administrative duties as required by management.
  • Provide proactive support to enhance the overall efficiency of the sales department.

Who We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese company environment is an added advantage.
