Role Description

This is a contract-based Art Director role based in Petaling Jaya, with hybrid flexibility. You'll own the visual direction of campaigns with a strong social-first mindset, leading how ideas look, feel, and show up across platforms. This role sits at the intersection of concept, design, and execution — not just decks and directions, but real work that goes live.

A key part of this role is being experimental with AI-powered creative tools. You'll be expected to actively explore, test, and apply the latest AI apps and technologies (such as Runway, Kling, and others) to support ideation, visual exploration, motion testing, and rapid prototyping — using AI to push creative boundaries, not replace creative thinking.

You'll oversee creative and visual concepts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity while staying plugged into current social trends, formats, and culture. You'll also work hands-on with the content team to bring creative visions to life — from concept through execution and rollout — balancing speed, quality, and ambition in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a creative agency, in-house brand, or content-led team
  • Strong expertise in Graphic Design, with advanced skills in relevant tools and software
  • Proven curiosity and hands-on experience with AI creative tools
  • Proven ability to lead creative projects from ideation to execution within established timelines
  • Passion in automotive and lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
