Production Section Head

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.
2. Supervise and guide line leaders and operators to maintain efficient, safe, and disciplined production activities.
3. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve production issues promptly.
4. Promote 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
5. Collect, analyze, and report production data to management, providing improvement insights and action plans.
6. Conduct on-the-job training, evaluate team performance, and enhance workforce capability.
7. Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Your Background & Experience:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and quality management.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Language proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay is required for daily communication and reporting.
7. Experience in multinational or large-scale manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
