Human Resources Section Head

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company strategy.
- Develop annual manpower plans and ensure reasonable and cost-effective headcount structure.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for production and office roles, continuously improving hiring efficiency and onboarding success rates.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and resignation.
- Oversee labor contract management, employee discipline, and dispute resolution to maintain stable labor relations.
- Support the design and implementation of salary structure and performance appraisal systems; conduct regular compensation benchmarking.
- Handle work visa, permit, and pass applications, renewals, and compliance for foreign employees; liaise with government departments and agencies.
- Plan and implement employee training programs and support talent development initiatives.
- Supervise attendance and HR data reporting to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Lead and guide HR team members to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.
Your Background & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in the manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Familiar with Malaysian labor laws, HR procedures, and employment compliance.
- Experience in handling foreign worker visa and permit applications preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in English、Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Responsible, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
