About the role

As an Account Manager at Nine Hundred Builders Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing account department, preparing P/L for the project, liaison with Bank for facilities and ensure daily transaction smoothly, handling of E-Invoicing, liaison with auditor for financial closing and others in related to account matters. This is a full-time position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  1. Well known in SQL Accounting System including payroll for staff.
  2. Preparing full sets of Account for financial year closing.
  3. Well known in construction activities account and Work In Progress Method.
  4. Daily transaction for invoicing.
  5. Providing monthly budget, regular updates and reporting on account performance
  6. Manage and coordinate with Account Team for smooth of operation.
  7. Must familiar with E-Invoicing & SST compliance procedure.

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in an account management, preferably within the construction industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with work related parties.
  3. Strong in handing daily claim, analysis and recommendation for payment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  4. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  5. Proficient in SQL Accounting System and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Preferably a degree in Accounting or a related field.
